Terms of Service
This agreement is a legal contract between you and Github VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the VPN client application (the 'App').
By downloading or using this App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. You may not copy, modify, localize, reverse engineer, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will provide reasonable notice. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting may create security risks or app failures.
This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you are also subject to the terms of those third-party services.
Service limitation notice: this App depends on stable Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid device service, data caps, weak signal, system restrictions, or local network policies. Carrier data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi, and roaming charges are your responsibility. Confirm that you have permission from the bill payer before use.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. We work to provide accurate route information and client updates, but some network conditions depend on third-party providers, carriers, and local environments; we are not liable for indirect losses caused by those factors. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. After service termination, your usage license ends and you must stop using and delete the App.
